Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns for exchange or refund within 2 weeks of purchase date, under the following conditions:

• Items must have original tags.
• Items must be in re-sell-able condition
• Items must have original purchase receipt
• There are no returns or exchanges on items purchased on discount
• Footwear must have original box and not be worn
• Underwear and Hosiery are non-returnable
• In the event of product defects or damages returns will be determined on an individual basis.

Please note Christmas gifts purchased from November 15 to December 24th are eligible for exchange or refund until January 15, all preceding rules apply
